Description of Chambres D'Hotes:Mas d'Oléandre is a former farmhouse in the characteristic Mediterranean style, of which the main house, together with the three holiday-accommodations (gîtes) and one guest room, constitute a tiny little idyllic village at the verge of the hamlet of St. Médiers, which in itself is hardly bigger.
The accommodations are situated round leafy terraces with different levels, resembling tiny little squares, opposite a garden with pool, at the foot of the mountains overlooking the low-lying countryside of France’s oldest Dukedom of Uzès.
Deeply immersed in the fragrances and colors of the Provençal country.
Mas d'Oléandre is a historic, carefully restored mas (= ancient farmhouse), situated in the hamlet of St. Médiers. St. Médiers is about 5 kms from the city of Uzès, the oldest Dukedom of France, which is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the South of France: the province (départment) of Gard, in the Languedoc-Roussillon Region.
We offer you:
comfortable rooms and apartments, smartly furnished in the regional style and tradition
swimming pool with scenic views
carefully prepared table d'hôtes (dinners)
a large garden with many shady spots

Our table d'hôtes consist of an aperitif, a starter, a Provençal main course with aromatic herbs, among others garlic, followed by a delicious dessert. all this is accompanied by a good glass of local Languedoc wine and ... all ingredients are bought fresh in the local Provençal market of Uzès.
